good game
Ah, it seems I missed an update on this and I may have played an older version!
However, that will not dim my view of this game! It was a very fun little experience, definitely reminiscent of the old-school platformers I grew up with (and just as odd!).
The story took a lot of unexpected twists and turns, and the hidden pitfalls and kooky bad guys ramped up the challenge level a couple of notches to keep things interesting as the game progressed.
I might have to pop into the updated version to have a peek at some point, but based on what I played I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to occupy their platformer minds for a half-hour or so!
Thanks for the kind words. :)
I wanted to play this.
However, I'm one of those underprivileged gamers whose financial constraints does not allow for everything to be even remotely up to date.
Long story short; my computer's OS is 32-bit. I cannot play a 64-bit game on 32-bit architecture. However, it still looks fantastic.
Thanks for the feedback
I will try to make a 32bit build then upload it to the site
I hope you get to play my game :)
Hi
I have uploaded a 32 bit version of the game, please give it a go.
Thanks :)
If I had a dedicated GPU (I have Integrated Graphics only), it might actually run, but as is, it has far too much lag.
I can see why there was only a 64-bit version initially...
Pretty fun little indie game, any Mario fan should enjoy for a while at least. If I have any complaints, its that the bad guys are only seen around the third stage and the game seems repetitive at times (the varied level layouts make up for this though) on the other hand I love the art style, its different and just nice to look at.
The game runs smooth, has solid gameplay and can get challenging at times too. (By the way - Did not play through whole game yet, first 4/5 levels)
Thanks AllyD
I am planning on a major update to add some more content and refine stages etc.
There will also be 2 new modes for the game and a progress system.
Thank you for taking the time to play Super Armand ;)
